Venue:
- All participants will operate 4 times on layouts in the greater Tulsa area.
Our Objectives:
- Everyone will operate four times.
- No one will operate the same railroad twice.
Layouts:
- 13 layouts will be available for this event. Information on these layouts include 2 N-scale, 2 narrow gauge, and 9 HO scale can be found on this website.
Open Houses:
- Several layouts will be open on Friday afternoon, 3/21 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
- A list will be provided a couple of weeks before the event.
Session Times:
- Friday evening 3/21: 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Saturday morning 3/22: 9:00 AM to Noon
- Saturday afternoon 3/22: 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
- Sunday morning 3/23: 9:00 AM to Noon
Schedules:
- Layout assignments, driving directions and drive times, open house schedules, and other pertinent info will be provided at least one week prior to the event.
Social and Dinner:
- Saturday 3/22, Oklahoma Joe’s BBQ restaurant, 6175 E. 61st St, Tulsa, OK 74145
- Cash Bar opens at 6:00 PM
- Dinner at 7:00 PM. Buffet style w/ brisket & pulled pork, BBQ baked beans, potato salad & bread.
- Cost = $20/ person. Pay at register and then proceed to back room. Ask for Tulsa-Rail party.
Shirts and Aprons:
- Here is the link to the TULSARAIL store where you can purchase a short sleeve Polo and/or an apron. They are $22 each and can be embroidered with your name for an additional $6. Purchase them online directly from the vendor and pay by credit card.
